Isshou, better known by his alias Fujitora, is an admiral in the Marines. Once the military chief of the former Aoi Kingdom, he was conscripted through a World Military Draft during the two-year timeskip, being appointed to fill one of the Admiral vacancies caused by Kuzan's resignation and Sakazuki's promotion alongside his co-worker Ryokugyu. A proponent of "Moral Justice", he notably spearheaded a campaign to abolish the Seven Warlords of the Sea system.
