A mysterious lord who is after Fena for his own reasons and searches for her on his ship called the Blue Giant. One of them is that he fell in love with Fena's late mother Helena and knows what her family can do. He allies with the Rumble Rose to find Fena which lasts until O'Malley retaliates upon not getting the reward she was promised. Before the Rumble Rose can attack, Abel orders his men to use the Blue Giant's Wellington Cannon on their ship which was meant to be used to deal with a siege.
