Main character in Shamanic Princess.
Kagetsu is a Neutralizer from the Guardian World. Neutralizers can negate other people's magic and can borrow their power for a short time. They are also the caretakers of the Throne of Yord. He is now considered an outcast by the Elder of the Guardian World and is being pursued by Tiara and Japolo. Kagetsu and Tiara were former lovers.
