Billy's older brother. Originally the captain of the Pacific Fleet third Fafner battalion, commonly known as Morgan Corps. Serious and very duty bound, to the point where he'll stop at anything to accomplish his goal. After witnessing his own team being assimilated by the Festum, views ROE Alpha as something that must be absolutely carried out.
