Niccolo is a money-grubbing rabbit merchant who uses Toto's weakness in order for Toto to help him rid of some thieves on the highway which he travels through to sell his items. Toto's weakness being an autographed photo of Quistis for the task, which Toto quickly accepts (but in the end, is apparently easy to obtain from the Junk Shop).
