Toshimasa Azuma

A well known retired onmitsu and the lone grandfather of Jirou Azuma. Toshimasa Azuma, even with his old age, is still a very formidable onmitsu. Among the onmitsu that are a part of the Bureau, Toshimasa may be the strongest of them all. After his grandson, Jirou, was growing up, Toshimasa decided to retire and purely raise his grandson. He chose to do so, as Jirou didn't have anyone else to take care of him. Toshimasa is rough on Jirou quite often, but he cares deeply for his grandson.
