Spriggan

Spriggan is the leader of the Earth Clan in the English Lostbelt. He is also the leader of Norwich. He took over Norwich from its previous ruler, Boggart, and banished Boggart and his fairies to the north. After that Spriggan monopolized the land in Norwich so that the new fairies who moved in only rented it.
