An uchigatana (Japanese sword) crafted by the second Kanesada, also known as "Nosada." It's name, Kasen Kanesada, comes from either the 36 Immortals of Poetry (kasen), or the 36 retainers who were executed by it's owner, Hosokawa Tadaoki. Although he is a man of culture, he has a strong physique and a bad habit of using force to get by.
