Hijikata Toshizou - the vice-commander of the Shinsengumi, a public order organization that was mostly active in the Kyoto of the Edo period's closing days. Widely imposing absolute order within the company, he was feared as the merciless vice-commander by the soldiers - who were all master swordsmen. A rare type of Berserker, who displays both the savagery of an evil spirit and the rational aspects of a tactician in battle.
