General Blue

Profile

General Blue is one of the highest ranking members of the Red Ribbon Army seen in the series. He possesses special psychic abilities in the form of telekinesis, which can be used to paralyze his opponents or control inanimate objects. This combined with his physical prowess make him one of Goku’s toughest opponents in the series. It is also implied that Blue is homosexual, though it is never directly confirmed, only speculated on.
