Luan Espel is a former member of the Apollo Familia and a waiter at the Pallum's Hidden Tavern. Luan is a cowardly Pallum who often shows signs of fear when is drawn to a fight. Despite this, he is conceited, often over-valuing himself and blaming others for causing him his misfortune. Due to his prideful attitude, he rejected a Familia invitation and is still going on about deserving much more.
